Role Summary

This part-time remote position is for a Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, shaping and carrying out business plans, overseeing budgets, and keeping operational workflows efficient. You will also review financial information, improve how resources are used, and make sure business priorities stay aligned with broader strategic objectives. Working closely with the leadership team, you will help support growth, put policies into action, and drive successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of business planning and operations management, with the ability to put business goals into action and monitor them effectively.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate performance data, improve processes, and support decisions based on evidence.
• Solid background in finance and budgeting to manage funds responsibly and allocate resources efficiently.
• Well-developed leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with the interpersonal skills needed to guide teams and work across functions.
• Previous exposure to investment management or financial services will be considered an added advantage.
• A master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
