Role overview

BRDS is looking for a Center Manager or Assistant Center Manager to handle student counselling and support admissions-related sales at its Pune center. The role focuses on connecting with prospective students and parents, explaining the course offering clearly, and moving leads through the enrolment process.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new students through counselling conversations and help them understand the right course fit.
• Take ownership of the sales journey by reaching out to prospective students, making calls, arranging meetings, and building contact.
• Act as the main contact person for all sales-related questions and communication.
• Present course information to students and parents in a clear and convincing manner.
