Position Overview
The CCTV Controller will oversee alarm and monitoring activities, record incidents accurately, and keep communication flowing between teams so security operations run smoothly and effectively.
Core Duties
- Track alarm alerts continuously and complete hourly call checks.
- Log incidents and oversee monitoring signals from guards.
- Carry out monitoring through Geotab and Protrack systems.
- Manage field-to-test alarm alerts and set up client alarm accounts in the Oryx platform.
- Watch for guard support requirements and coordinate closely with teammates and other departments to keep operations aligned.
Skills and Competencies
- Comfortable using computers and common software tools.
- Capable of handling demanding customers in a professional way.
- Able to work according to shift schedules.
- Manages time well and responds quickly to urgent tasks.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understands the basics of security operations.
- Pays close attention to detail.
Qualification Requirement
