Cashier

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and service-minded Cashier to support the Finance Department. This position focuses on managing day-to-day cash handling, keeping balances accurate, and offering a positive customer experience while following company rules and financial controls.

Core Duties

• Handle and log all cash-based payments accurately using the POS system.
• Check and balance cash at the start and close of each shift.
• Confirm cash received before completing transactions and keep clear transaction records.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers and help maintain an efficient checkout process.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required; applicants with a background in billing or finance are preferred.
• Prior cashier experience is mandatory.
• Good numerical skills, careful attention to detail, and strong customer service ability are essential.
• The candidate should be well-presented, cooperative with others, and comfortable dealing professionally with walk-in customers.
