Docker is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who can consistently qualify leads for commercial and enterprise accounts and thrive in a fast-moving sales environment.

What you'll do

  • Reach out to current Docker users with a clear potential to upgrade to commercial licenses using targeted prospecting methods.
  • Uncover customer pain points, needs, and priorities through discovery and outreach.
  • Gauge interest in Docker’s products and solutions.
  • Set up discovery calls and meetings between prospects and sales representatives.
  • Hit defined goals for qualified prospects and newly created opportunities.
  • Handle incoming interest and qualify inquiries about Docker products.
  • Create strong first interactions by adding value at each customer touchpoint.
  • Work with teams across the business to surface customer feedback.
  • Contribute to team learning, collaboration, and mentoring.
  • Follow the first 30/60/90-day ramp expectations, including onboarding, tool training, prospecting, pipeline activities, territory research, and independent execution.

What we're looking for
