Role summary
This full-time, on-site position in Ottawa, Ontario is aimed at supporting business growth for GSI’s consulting services, with a strong emphasis on government and public sector accounts. The role combines prospecting, lead qualification, inside sales activity, and pipeline management, while also supporting proposal and presentation development alongside senior colleagues.
Key duties
- Research prospective clients and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and nurture promising opportunities through the sales process.
- Carry out inside sales outreach, including outbound calling and targeted email campaigns.
- Schedule discovery meetings with prospects.
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations with senior team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Track sales activity and provide regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep client engagement efforts aligned.

- Ability to perform inside sales and generate leads effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
- Experience or capability in sales and business development, including pipeline management and contribution to revenue growth.
