About the Role
Indusind Bank is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead a sales team in Jaipur. This role focuses on driving growth in current and savings accounts, CASA sales, and merchant acquiring services. You will be instrumental in developing strategies to enhance revenue, foster client relationships, and analyze market dynamics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet monthly objectives for current accounts, savings accounts, CASA sales, EDC, POS machines, and merchant acquiring services.
- Formulate and execute successful strategies to boost revenue through effective cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
- Cultivate robust relationships with current clients to ensure retention and uncover new avenues for business.
- Monitor and interpret market trends and competitor actions to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Possess 0 to 7 years of experience in branch banking or a similar domain.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of CASA sales, liabilities management, POS machine functionalities, and merchant acquiring procedures.
- Exhibit exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to lead a team proficiently.
