About the Role
This position is for a business development professional who will engage with incoming prospects, support them through the enrollment journey, and contribute to better sales outcomes. The role is based in Pune and is suited to someone who is comfortable having consultative conversations and working toward conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads and help them move smoothly toward enrollment.
- Identify prospect needs, respond to queries clearly, and establish confidence during conversations.
- Arrange follow-up calls or product demos and maintain consistent communication.
- Record interaction details in the CRM and keep pipeline information current.
- Support efforts to lift conversion performance across the funnel.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, with EdTech exposure seen as an advantage.
- Strong spoken English skills and comfort handling phone-based conversations are important.
- The ideal candidate should be open to learning, receptive to feedback, and eager to improve performance.
