Company Overview
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin, Texas by Fifth Generation, Inc. The spirit is made from corn, is gluten-free, and is known for a strong focus on craftsmanship and authenticity. The brand is built around quality, responsible enjoyment, and celebrating meaningful moments with others.
Role Overview
This field-based position is part of a growing UK team, with two additional openings: one in London and one covering the Midlands region, including Birmingham, Nottingham, and Leicester. In this role, you will act as a visible ambassador for Tito’s Handmade Vodka, helping strengthen consumer connection and brand loyalty across your territory.
You will spend much of your time in the market, developing new business across independent on-trade venues and independent retail accounts to expand the brand’s presence. Your work will also include improving visibility at point of sale, building back-bar presence, and supporting strong cocktail menu placement for the product.
Beyond sales activity, you will also serve as a brand educator by delivering engaging staff training sessions and consumer tastings that communicate Tito’s history and brand messaging. The role requires strong territory ownership, active diary management, and regular relationship-building with distributors, bartenders, and trade partners.
What the Role Involves
- Represent the brand in the field and become the local face of Tito’s Handmade Vodka within your territory.
- Identify and secure new listings in independent on-trade and independent retail channels.
- Build strong shelf, back-bar, and menu visibility for the brand.
- Organise and run staff training sessions and consumer tasting events.
- Balance trade events, account visits, and relationship management across your diary.
- Develop productive partnerships with distributor teams, bartenders, and venue operators.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking someone with solid knowledge of the hospitality or drinks sales environment, along with at least two years of relevant experience. You should understand how the UK bar and drinks market operates and be comfortable working independently in the field.
The ideal person is proactive, reliable, and self-motivated, with the discipline to manage a territory without close supervision. A professional, down-to-earth manner and a willingness to contribute positively to the brand’s culture are important. The role also requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, plus a clean UK driving licence and confidence using MS Office for reporting and presentations.
Application Information
Interested candidates are asked to send their CV directly to the provided company email address.
Additional Information
Two extra positions are available: one in London and one in the Midlands area covering Birmingham, Nottingham, and Leicester. The position is field-based and requires travel within the assigned territory.
Terms & Conditions
Flexibility is expected for evening and weekend shifts depending on business needs. Candidates must hold a clean UK driving licence and be able to manage their own schedule effectively.
