About the Role

Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara is seeking a Bell Captain to lead the bell desk and porter team in delivering smooth arrivals, departures, and guest movement support. This position is centered on efficient luggage care, coordinated transportation, and consistently polished guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the bell desk and manage porter activities.
  • Make sure guest luggage is handled quickly and courteously during check-ins, check-outs, and room moves.

  • Arrange guest transportation such as taxis, airport transfers, and valet support where relevant.
