Role Overview

Starbucks is hiring a part-time barista for its Store #48192 at Outlet Collection in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role, you’ll help deliver the Starbucks experience through friendly service, consistent product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere. The position centers on connecting with customers, supporting teammates, and contributing positively to the local community.

You’ll work in a lively retail environment where you can develop beverage and food preparation skills, meet new people, and help create great moments for customers throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver attentive customer service and respond to guest needs with clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes or approved customizations.
• Handle cash and help maintain store safety, security, and operating standards.
• Rotate through multiple store tasks during each shift as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and support a smooth team workflow.
• Work collaboratively with store partners in a fast-paced setting.

Experience and Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• You must be able to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• You should be available for flexible schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be able to follow store policies and standards related to beverages, food, cash handling, safety, and security, with or without accommodation.
• You should be able to learn and carry out oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
• You need strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and the capacity to build relationships.
