Role Overview

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring Baristas for its Starbucks outlet at Ipswich Station. The role sits within a lively hospitality setting serving customers in busy travel locations. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where making great drinks and keeping service upbeat are central to the job.

Pay and Hours

The base pay is £12.71 per hour. For shifts worked between midnight and 6am, an additional £1.20 per hour is paid, taking the rate to £13.91 per hour during those hours. Two working patterns are available: full-time at 30 hours per week and part-time at 15 hours per week. Shifts are variable and scheduled between 5am and 9pm, with work required across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will prepare beverages, support customers with product choices, and contribute to a friendly, efficient café environment. The position also includes keeping the unit clean, presentable, and welcoming throughout the day.
