About the role
Third Bridge’s Private Markets team supports private equity investors in Europe and North America by delivering primary research through a mix of services and content. Based in Mumbai, you will join the content function that is building a large-scale library of insights on PE/VC-backed businesses across the US and Europe. The goal is to help investors discover, follow, and assess new investment opportunities.
What you will do
- Conduct one-to-one discussions with industry experts to capture sector, market, and company intelligence.
- Transform interview insights into content deliverables such as Primers, Tearsheets, and Maps.
- Build subject-matter depth by geography and use that knowledge to assess the quality of content within your area.
- Work closely with the Sector Lead to consistently deliver high-quality outputs for private equity clients worldwide.

- Proven ability to research topics and summarise information clearly.
- Comfort and professionalism when engaging with senior business leaders.
- Experience handling a high volume of phone conversations and guiding them effectively.
- A collaborative, target-oriented approach with good time management and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform well in a setup that may include both remote and office-based work.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Exposure to the financial services sector.
- Background in or relevance to commercial due diligence, with added value from investment banking, consulting, or business journalism.
- Strong interpersonal ability and communication skills, especially for building rapport quickly over the phone.
- Good command of English.
- Eligibility to work in India, specifically Mumbai, without current or future sponsorship.
