Assistant Manager - Projects (MBS Stadium)

Role Overview

This position supports the planning and coordination of stadium-related project work, ensuring smooth execution across several stakeholder groups. The role focuses on keeping delivery on track, maintaining alignment between teams, and helping projects move from planning into handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organization and coordination of stadium project activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Keep watch over timelines, budgets, and deliverables to help projects progress as intended.
• Work with contractors and internal teams to quickly address and close project issues.
• Prepare status updates and share progress reports with senior leadership.
• Make sure safety, quality, and operational requirements are followed throughout the stadium projects.
• Assist with end-to-end delivery activities, from early planning through final handover.
• Monitor contractor performance and raise concerns when scope, schedule, or cost is at risk.
• Bring together design, procurement, and site teams to ensure everyone stays aligned.
• Check project documentation, approvals, and milestone completion to support timely delivery.
• Help ensure all stadium works satisfy operational, regulatory, and quality expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field is required.
• Applicants should have 4 to 5 years of project coordination experience in large construction environments.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination is needed.
• Experience working with consultants and cross-functional stakeholders on complex projects is important.
• Exposure to stadium, infrastructure, or major venue development is preferred.

The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis.
