Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver secondary sales targets and ensure territory-level achievement.
  • Set objectives for AW and convert them into beat-wise targets for AWSM.
  • Communicate goals clearly to AW and review progress on a regular basis.
  • Monitor target progress periodically and take corrective action where needed.
  • Manage AW relationships by aligning, supporting, and motivating them to achieve business goals.

  • Communicate schemes effectively to AWSM to improve sell-in at dealer points.
  • Track and review the performance of new products and schemes.
  • Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor promotions, service days, off-take, pricing, launches, and visibility.
  • Maintain proper records and system data, including PJP details and MIS reports.
  • Support the Hub of UDAAN initiative.
  • Act as Britannia’s representative for consumer complaints.
  • Visit consumers to resolve quality complaints and share complaint status with the Quality team.
