About the role

Join MNP’s Consulting team focused on Performance Improvement and Operational Excellence as an Analyst in Mississauga, Ontario. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working through ambiguity, and turning analysis into practical action. You’ll help organizations improve enterprise value by strengthening operations, productivity, and profitability.

The position offers exposure to a broad range of business challenges and gives you the chance to build your confidence in presenting ideas to both executive leaders and frontline teams. MNP is a Canadian professional services firm that supports clients with business strategy, tax, accounting, and advisory services.

What you’ll do

  • Collect and examine complex information to identify organizational issues and improvement opportunities across areas such as operations, supply chain, finance, accounting, and human resources.
  • Design practical solutions that help clients improve performance, efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Recommend process improvements and support implementation using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Help put solutions into action and act as a strong change agent when working with different stakeholder groups.
  • Build productive relationships with clients at both peer and management levels.
  • Help create and roll out key performance indicators.
  • Support consulting engagements such as strategic planning, business planning, feasibility studies, process improvement, performance improvement, organizational effectiveness, and analytical assignments, sometimes independently and sometimes as part of a team.
  • Develop planning, execution, and reporting tools that support effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders in line with project plans.
  • Analyze qualitative, quantitative, and financial data, then present findings in a clear and concise way.
  • Work with clients to build a management operating system that supports operational excellence.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading professional reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Deliver responsive, accurate, and professional client service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project methods and technical knowledge.
  • Support MNP Consulting’s visibility through presentations, articles, workshops, and community involvement.
  • Remain flexible to travel when needed.
