About the role
As an AI Engineer at Logicc, you will build production-ready AI capabilities for the company’s core product. Your work will span the full lifecycle, from shaping an idea to shipping it to users. The role is centered on impactful areas such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows, evaluation systems, model comparison, and overall product quality and reliability. You will work closely with the product, users, and the codebase.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI features from concept through release.
- Develop and refine RAG pipelines, including document parsing, chunking, and retrieval logic.
- Create agentic systems that help power users complete complex tasks.
- Set up infrastructure for model evaluation, comparison, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.
- Experiment with the latest AI models, methods, and tools, then turn practical ideas into deployable solutions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to make fast, sound technical decisions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building software products with LLM integration.
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on clean, maintainable systems rather than throwaway prototypes.
- Confident use of Python and the typical tooling ecosystem around AI/ML products.
- Understanding of key building blocks in modern AI products, such as RAG, tool use, evaluations, and agent-based systems.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and maintain a high standard of execution.
- Practical experience with coding agents.
- Nice to have: experience with C# or similar languages, React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
