Role Summary
This entry-level Administrative Assistant position is designed to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with daily administrative and office coordination tasks. The role involves helping with scheduling, communication, document handling, and general executive-office operations so that everything runs efficiently in a busy, fast-moving environment. It is well suited to someone who wants hands-on exposure to executive-level support.
Key Duties
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO by providing day-to-day administrative backing.
- Prepare, organize, and monitor emails, correspondence, and follow-ups as instructed.
- Keep files, records, and other office documentation well organized for quick reference.
- Help create reports, presentations, and related materials requested by the EA.
- Assist with travel bookings, event coordination, and meeting setup.
- Handle office errands when needed.
- Take on other administrative assignments to support the EA and the executive office.
Qualifications
- This is an entry-level opening; previous administrative work is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong planning and time-management abilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using Google Workspace tools, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to protect confidential information and use good judgment.
- Professional presentation and solid people skills.
- Open to learning and following guidance from the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience assisting executives is an advantage, though not required.
- Exposure to office administration processes is helpful.
