Role Overview

The Ad Success Representative will support a major client in the digital advertising ecosystem from the Toronto office in Canada. The role combines account management, operational coordination, and performance analysis. You will serve as the main bridge between client stakeholders and Ad Operations, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and campaign success.

Client Partnership and Account Growth

  • Handle a portfolio of 3 to 4 client partners, including business units under larger holding companies.
  • Run structured weekly business reviews and share proactive guidance to strengthen trust-based relationships.
  • Support retention and expansion by spotting revenue opportunities and identifying upsell paths.

Campaign Operations and Support

  • Work as the coordination point between client teams and Ad Operations for ticket intake, workflow tracking, and QA of deliverables.
  • Use platforms such as Slack, Salesforce, and tracking tools to keep work moving and issues resolved efficiently.
  • Manage campaign workflows across Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve/Ads Manager environments.

Analysis and Optimization

  • Retrieve campaign performance data and review it for trends and opportunities.
  • Turn metrics into practical recommendations and optimization actions.
  • Create reporting summaries that connect outcomes with campaign strategy and business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to capture client feedback and inform improvements.
  • Help define and standardize workflows as the process evolves with internal teams and partners.
  • Contribute to documentation, resource building, and knowledge-sharing efforts.

Performance Measures

  • Work volume measured by case type, reason, and region.
  • Average handling time for support and operational activities.
  • QA performance covering accuracy, strategy, and on-time delivery.
  • Monthly CSAT scores based on client evaluation of communication and deliverables.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, or a related client-facing function.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Sheets or Excel, Slack, and support tools such as Zendesk or Outreach.io.
