What you will do
- Build a deep view of each account in your portfolio by understanding the organisation, key decision-makers, and growth opportunities across teams and business units.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from mid-management level through to C-suite leaders in large, complex multinational companies.
- Present Klearcom as a strategic investment and long-term partner rather than as a short-term vendor.
- Grow revenue within established accounts from a relatively low base while taking full ownership of commercial outcomes.
- Create and record account management processes that can be expanded as the function and team develop.
- Help shape a future leadership track as the account management function matures.
What you bring
- Roughly 5 years of commercial experience spanning both new business generation and structured account management.
- A strong track record of increasing revenue within large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in telephony, customer experience, or another technically complex enterprise sales environment; UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS businesses with multi-stakeholder buying processes are all relevant.
- Confidence and presence when engaging senior stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, in a range of organisational settings.
- The ability to think strategically while still applying disciplined, consistent commercial execution.
