About the internship

Kiran Foundation Trust runs Doctor Saarthi, a healthcare support and medical navigation platform built to make the patient journey easier. The initiative helps people connect with the right doctors, hospitals, guidance, healthcare information, and support services, especially during stressful medical situations. The organization is looking for a digital creator and marketing intern to strengthen its online presence with engaging content and mission-driven storytelling.

What you will do

Develop content for Doctor Saarthi’s social media channels.
Plan reel concepts, short-form video scripts, captions, posters, and awareness-focused creatives.
Support publishing and content activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and similar platforms.
Contribute to planning and running healthcare awareness campaigns.
Create content around patient assistance, doctor guidance, hospital coordination, and health education.
Work alongside the design and social media teams on visuals, videos, and campaign assets.
Track trending themes in healthcare, startups, social impact, and digital marketing for content ideas.
Help grow reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
Assist with online outreach, community growth, and campaign promotion.
Support founder- and team-led posts, announcements, and storytelling around the mission.
Help with new patient onboarding as well as hospital and clinic onboarding, while maintaining relationships.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates available for a work-from-home internship who can begin between 28 Jun 2026 and 2 Aug 2026 and commit to 6 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Other requirements

Students and fresh graduates from any stream may apply.
Strong verbal communication and people skills are important.
Interest in healthcare, startups, social impact, or technology is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, dependable, and eager to learn.
Students pursuing graduation, post-graduation, diplomas, or professional programs are also eligible.
Consistency in contributing through the internship period is expected.
Candidates from mass communication, journalism, media studies, marketing, business administration, English or Hindi literature, design or fine arts, healthcare or life sciences, social work, and related backgrounds will be preferred.

Stipend details

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 6,000 to INR 35,000. The payout structure includes fixed pay of INR 1,000 to INR 5,000 per month plus incentive pay of INR 5,000 to INR 30,000 per month. Special cash rewards may also be awarded to interns who onboard the highest number of hospitals in a calendar month, provided quality and verification standards are met; the reward amount will be determined by management and shared periodically.
